Nestled amongst the trees, alongside the Mosquito Creek just off Highway #533 East, is the Nanton Campground.  On site, is a large coin operated shower building with washroom facilities, as well as a dumping station.  Currently, onsite power outlets are not available.

Wood is available for the individual fire pits at a nominal charge.  A large camp kitchen is perfect for large gatherings.  With approximately 65 individual tent and R.V. sites available, this is a popular spot for tourists utilizing the adjacent Nanton Agricultural Grounds for rodeos or the Nanton Golf Course.  A small playground area is also a great feature for the kids.

Group camping is also available.  Although the campground is self – registration, reservations and further information may be obtained through the Campground Manager at (403) 646-5673.
